1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the era77 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of era77, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are legally permitted to enter into binding online agreements and to engage in online betting activities under all laws applicable to you.

3 Account Registration

3.1 — Registration Requirements

To register on era77 you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a phone number registered in your name. You must also create a secure password that is unique to era77.

3.2 — One Account Rule

Each individual may hold exactly one era77 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other method — is strictly prohibited. era77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings associated with them.

3.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. era77 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. era77 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.4 — Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided at registration and during any subsequent update is truthful and accurate. Providing false information, including in relation to your age or identity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

4 KYC Verification

era77 is required to verify the identity of its members before processing withdrawals. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National ID / KTP, passport, or SIM).
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar).
• A copy or photograph of the bank card or e-wallet account used to make deposits, showing only the last four digits of the account number.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within 30 days of a withdrawal request being placed may result in the request being cancelled and the funds being held pending verification. era77 may request updated or additional KYC documentation at any time for ongoing compliance purposes.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

era77 supports the following payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

5.2 — Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the source. era77 does not charge deposit fees, however your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 — Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in keeping with anti-money laundering obligations. era77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for standard requests submitted to verified accounts; complex requests or those requiring additional review may take up to 24 hours.

5.4 — Currency

All transactions on era77 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah. era77 does not accept or process payments in any other currency.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 — General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by era77 are subject to their individual terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 — Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) has been met. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only unless stated otherwise. Not all games contribute equally toward clearing a wagering requirement — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate as stated per promotion.

6.3 — Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematically low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, through the use of multiple accounts, or through coordinated play with other members is considered bonus abuse. era77 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close the account of any member found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

6.4 — Bonus Expiry

Each bonus carries a stated validity period. Bonus funds that remain subject to an uncompleted wagering requirement upon expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically. It is the member's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 — Acceptance of Bets

era77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including where market liquidity is insufficient, where a member's staking patterns suggest professional or arbitrage activity, or where there is a suspicion of information advantage. Once a bet is confirmed by the Platform, it is binding on both parties.

7.2 — Errors and Misquoted Odds

In the event that erroneous odds are offered due to a technical error or a data feed failure, era77 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its discretion. era77 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of displaying incorrect odds, prices, or game outcomes caused by technical malfunction.

7.3 — Football Betting

era77 offers a comprehensive suite of football markets including Asian handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, 1X2, mix parlay accumulator bets, Both Teams to Score, and Total Goals. For bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets, results are determined based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for BRI Liga 1). Bets on abandoned or postponed matches are governed by the specific rules published on each market.

7.4 — Live / In-Play Betting

Live betting markets are subject to rapid odds movements. era77 operates a brief delay between bet submission and confirmation during in-play betting to account for transmission latency. era77 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice.

8 Responsible Gaming

era77 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We provide the following player-protection tools, all of which may be activated via the account settings dashboard or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total funds you may deposit.
• Loss Limits — Cap the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — Restrict continuous playing time per session.
• Reality-Check Reminders — Receive on-screen notifications at intervals you select, showing your session duration and net result.
• Self-Exclusion — Temporarily or permanently exclude your account from all era77 products. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours; permanent exclusions cannot be reversed.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on era77 and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, as well as forfeiture of all funds in the account:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Operating or accessing more than one account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from era77.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them promptly to era77 support.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Using the Platform while self-excluded or while a cool-off period is active.
• Making deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the era77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of era77 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes within the normal function of the Platform. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of era77 content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, era77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond era77's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any errors in data feeds, pricing, or game outcomes caused by third-party providers.
• Your reliance on information published on the Platform for purposes other than betting and gaming within the Platform itself.

In all cases where era77 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Termination

12.1 — Termination by era77

era77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a member has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to era77.

12.2 — Termination by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-funds balance will be returned to your verified payment method within seven (7) business days, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been met and KYC verification is complete. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which era77 holds its gaming license. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes, except where mandatory consumer protection legislation in Indonesia requires otherwise.

14 Amendments

era77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
